INFORMATION FOR VISITORS
Tuesday to Sunday: de 10:00 am to 9:00 pm.
Last entry will be one and a half hour before the closing of the Exhibition. Access afterwards is not allowed.
These schedules may be modified per bank holidays or holiday periods. Check the calendar.
In order to ensure a pleasant experience and a comfortable visit, different time slots are assigned for admission to the exhibition.
Please arrive on time in order to enter the exhibition at the reserved time marked on your ticket. Once inside, you can stay as long as you like. A visit takes approximately 1 hour and a half.

In that case we’ll try to let you enter at a later timeslot, providing that there is sufficient capacity to accommodate.

Available in: Spanish, English, German and French. Included in castellano, inglés, francés e italiano. Included in the visit.
There is not minimum age to visit the exhibition.
Children aged 3 and under enter for free with the purchase of a free admission ticket. Visitors up to 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Please note that access with baby strollers is not allowed. We ask parents to take this rule into consideration before planning the visit to the exhibition.
Food and drinks
It is not permitted to smoke, eat and drink inside the exhibition area.

It is allowed to take photos for personal and non-commercial use. Be sure to remove the flash, it can annoy other visitors. For questions related to professional photographs taken by merchandising operators, you should go to email@example.com
There is a cloakroom service available for € 1 / garment. It is not allowed to enter the exhibition with: food, drink, cars or baby chairs, large backpacks, suitcases, motorcycle helmets, bicycles, skateboards or any other means of transport with wheels. These items must be deposited in the enabled cloakroom. Portpacks if allowed.
Baby carriages, bicycles and skates
Access is not allowed with any mobile mobility system, such as baby strollers, bicycles, skateboards, roller skates or any other electrical transport device (to be deposited at the ticket office), except those that are necessary for people with reduced mobility (wheelchair).
The exhibition is accessible to people with reduced mobility and wheelchairs.
Do you want to buy a souvenir? At the end of the exhibition there is a special store, with a wide variety of products from Tutankhamón: La Tumba y sus Tesoros.
Groups and guided tours
The exhibition is perfect for group visits.For groups over 15 people there are special discounts.

The venue has its own paid parking. We recommend using the yellow car park (the closest to Espacio 5.1).
